工作大概介紹:
We are looking to recruit 3 Mandarin Directors of Studies for a fixed-period, intensive training assignment in Lagos, Nigeria.
Along with two colleagues, you will be managing a team of up to 15 trainers, who will be delivering 4 intensive weeks of Mandarin language training to around 200 oil and gas engineers.
It will be your job to ensure the team of trainers are working effectively achieving the learning objectives of their groups providing a professional level of service liaise on a daily basis with our UK headquarters deal with issues that trainers and trainees have on a day-to-day basis observe trainers to ensure they are teaching at the required standard ensure materials are suited to the requirements of trainees, and provide additional support and development ensure that the whole training experience meets the high standards we expect.
Experience/Qualities required:
DELTA or equivalent qualification in teaching Mandarin to speakers of other languages
At least 5 years’ experience teaching and training using a broadly communicative/task based approach
Excellent communication and people skills
Customer-service led approach
Friendly and approachable
Experience of teaching for the oil and gas industry (ideally) AND
